The Ryder ‘Native’ was designed with the cob shape conformation in mind! The tree is designed specifically for the wide short back. The points of the tree are very short and the rails very flat to accommodate this shape. Ryder has kept the panels short and shallow and the channel wide to ensure the saddle fits well and stays in position.

The tree was designed in such a way as to give the rider the feeling of a narrow twist even though the horse may be wide.
