The Riveria Dressage saddle is designed for a horse with a large prominent shoulder and those wide at the base of the wither. This saddle has a wide channel running the same width throughout the saddle to allow space for the thoracic vertebrae and has wide slim panels that give the horse an even contact throughout. There is no rock with this saddle and therefore no areas that receive greater pressure than other areas. Following on from the success of our Baroque dressage saddle with extendable flexible points we have added this feature to this saddle. This allows the shoulder to have full movement and the horse not to feel blocked particularly when working in extended or lateral work when this can occur.

Riveria dressage has a long slim front wither gusset to allow for your fitter to make those on-site alterations as your horse develops

Note from Flying Star Saddlery / I have found riders’ legs to be very stable and have an immediate close contact feel with the balance and narrow twist.  Very comfortable.  This is a home run for all those needing the open tree head with a flat back!  Well done, Ryder Saddles!
